Should I choose to change resolution within a Kde session the taskbar disappears. The resolution was chaneges with nvidia-settings program

actally this only happens when I play wine games but comes back ok if I play ,say, nexuiz. Also setting changeing resolution with nvidia-settings will result in a taskbar-less desktop

When playing OpenArena it happens too, and sometimes when playing Wormux. In my computer it only dissapear half of the panel, but I think it depends on how big is the difference between resolutions you are changing.

does that still apply with a recent (trunk or soon beta) version?

can't reproduce anymore with trunk on different hardware setups, closing it since it's quite old
