Installed from:    Fedora RPMs
OS:                Linux

when I put the cursor on the task manager on a kde4 minimized application(like Dolphin or KTorrent) a tag appear , when i move the cursor on another minimized application (non kde4 application like firefox or amarok 1.4 only when a track is playing) the region above kde4 minimized application disappear

KDE 4.1 doesn't have those tooltips anymore. I'll close the bug since it really doesn't provide any value at this point in development.
