Hi. I'm sorry but I don't understand the problem you're having. Please could you give us some more details. Is there an error message that you are seeing?
the bug reported is nspluginviewer has crashed. This error comes up when ever viewing any video and software update
Thanks for that information. Please could you tell me, for example, if viewing a video on youtube causes this crash to happen. Also, what version of flash player do you have installed?
http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Bugsquad/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports to get a backtrace, which may be useful here about:plugins in the url bar will tell you what your flash version is Are you on a 32bit or 64bit system? And actually, you should *first* upgrade to 3.5.9, as many flash problems are fixed there.
when watching the you tube the volume is not working. I am using the 64 bit system. The unit also not playing the DVD as well.
Changed severity to "crash". I hope to have selected only the right bugs (>100) :-)
@Manohar: can you reproduce the crash with a more recent KDE 4 version? Thanks.
