Hi. I'm sorry but I don't understand the problem you're having. Please could you give us some more details. Is there an error message that you are seeing?
Comment 2 Manohar Pradhan 2008-06-29 22:08:03 UTC
the bug reported is nspluginviewer has crashed. This error comes up when ever viewing any video and software update
Comment 3 George Goldberg 2008-06-30 02:52:09 UTC
Thanks for that information. Please could you tell me, for example, if viewing a video on youtube causes this crash to happen. Also, what version of flash player do you have installed?

to get a backtrace, which may be useful here

about:plugins in the url bar will tell you what your flash version is

Are you on a 32bit or 64bit system?

And actually, you should *first* upgrade to 3.5.9, as many flash problems are fixed there.
Comment 5 Manohar Pradhan 2008-07-01 15:28:40 UTC
when watching the you tube the volume is not working. I am using the 64 bit system.
The unit also not playing the DVD as well.

Changed severity to "crash". I hope to have selected only the right bugs (>100) :-)
Comment 7 FiNeX 2009-08-17 16:54:26 UTC
@Manohar: can you reproduce the crash with a more recent KDE 4 version?

Thanks.
