Version:           1.0.99 (using 4.00.83 (KDE 4.0.83 (KDE 4.1 Beta2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-19-generic

I install video codecs.
I install libarts1-xine and libarts1-mpeg.
I configure Dolphin to preview files up to 100 MB.
I setup preview mode.
I start Dolphin.
I go into a folder with video files.
Dolphin crash.

I have a backtrace below.

Thanks Rafael for the report! I've reassigned this issue to Strigi.

@Jos: Could you please let me know a reference bug ID for this kind of bug? As the new beta is out I currently get several bug reports per day because of this issue. If you'd let me know a reference bug ID, I could set it to duplicate (I think bug #163050 was a different issue, I'm not sure).
