Description Andrea Paternesi 2008-06-26 17:50:59 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.80)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

I get always this message : "OpenGL shaders not supported".

Cannot understand if it is an X server configuration problem because i have an ATI HD3870
with latest debian fglrx driver (8-5).

OpenGl shader should be supported by this heavy accelerated card.

Any hint?

Andrea.

Please run glxinfo and check that
GL_ARB_shader_objects
GL_ARB_shading_language_100
GL_ARB_fragment_shader
all appear in the output.

If not, then either your X server is not set up correctly, or your card/driver does not support the required features.

If they do, then it's a problem with the applet.
