When did this crash happen? clicking apply? simply entering in the module? Please, could you specify exactly how to reproduce the crash (if you can reproduce, of course).

Moreover "no debugging symbols found" means that the backtrace is not useful. You should install the debug enabled packages. Read this page for the instructions:

If you can still reproduce the crash in more updated KDE version, please provide an updated backtrace and the steps to reproduce it.
