desktop context menu: ability to configure (edit) it like KMenu

The same actually applies to KMenu (reported) because what I mean is fully editable menu.

Reason: to remove some entries and to add another (logout). This would be much more flexible, will give users more freedom and this would be a better approach rather than obscure settings in ksmserver module in SS.

This way it would be also a nice symmetry -- I can add/remove lock/logout plasmoid to panel, but I cannot interfere with desktop context menu.

Duplicates? The other report says:
* please show KMenu when clicking on desktop
my reports says
* allow user to customize desktop context menu
