Version: (using KDE 4.0.80) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages Hi @all, a lot of tools (like LightZone http://www.lightcrafts.com/products/index.html) use JPEGs for RAWs: the program creates a JPEG from a RAW and then you can work with the JPEG. At the end of using LightZone (for example) all of your manipulations will be adopt to the RAW. Very cool. And very fast! It would be great, if digikam will be able copy this behaviour too.
This is definitively an interesting approach. It would require quite a few changes in digikam's code. Also note, that this is to some extent related to the "action list" concept discussed in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=125387.
