When double clicking on a picture frame, the image shown in the picture frame should be opened in the default picture viewer. The right click menu for the picture frame should also have the "Open" and "Open With" actions.

Changing to wish as the current goal is to have a Picture Frame that works well before adding more actions. Also I'd like to see how applets evolve in general and interact with each others (I am thinking of the Folderview here) to see if there's a real need to do actions that many other progs already do.
