"show favourite folder" in settings menu

"Show toolbar" is already there because it is easy to access, but it is only the first of the "big" elements -- show favourite folders, folders, message list and preview would be useful to have there. This way it would be a bit more consistent and easier to find ("similar next to similar").

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
