Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

When disabling sound notifications such as sounds for window minimize and maximize, changes do not take effect until after logging out and logging back in. The expected behavior is for the sounds to become disabled after hitting apply.

Can you still reproduce this bug with a recent KDE version? (4.1.3 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2svn) ?  Thanks :)

This is fixed in 4.1.3.
