plasmoids shows acception for drop

Add battery or calc plasmoid.

KMenu -> Internet -> Konq, grab it and drag it to calculator. Icon? Drop will be accepted. Ok, then drop. Drop ignored.

don't accept drops hovered not right on us (how silly is it to have graphicsitems transparent to rejected drops?!)
