Description Maciej Pilichowski 2008-06-19 16:42:43 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.82)

add plasmoids in foreground

Click RMB on desktop -> add widgets -> double LMB on battery -> double LMB on binary clock.

Take a look at the corner -> battery plasmoid is in foreground.

I've tried it, the binary clock is in foreground...
Whenever I add a new plasmoid this is placed over the last one.

@Maciej, are you trying to report this: «When plasmoids are added with double-click or via "Add Widget" button from the "add widget" dialog, them should be tiled» ?
Comment 2 Maciej Pilichowski 2008-06-19 18:07:53 UTC
Tiled, would be good to, but at least there should be order -- sometimes new plasmoids are in foreground, sometimes in background.

Not 100% solid, but I tried three times and this happend again, this time, battery, then calculator.

ideal behavior would be to try and find a place where no other applets are, in effect tiling, but not restricted to a grid
Comment 4 Martin Flöser 2012-05-10 09:11:44 UTC
I just tried and added plasmoids do not overlap here at all when adding through double click
