A couple of issues that haven't been addressed yet with rendering text boxes, radio buttons, and drop-down lists.

1. Text boxes and radio buttons aren't highlighted.  A white page looks like there are no radio buttons or text boxes.  I've attached a screenshot.

2. The lists in drop-down boxes have black backgrounds.  Highlighting the options one-by-one is the only way to see what's in the lists.
