Installed from:    Compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc 4.2.3 

I try "text speech"
of konqueror,i have
festival and kdeaccessibility
compiled.
When i try it an error message
said "dbus call () say failed"
and ksttd generate this backtrace

As you can read in the first line of the backtrace, without the debug symbols the backtrace is not so useful ("Questo backtrace sembra essere inutile.").

If you want, you could try to install/compile KDE packages with the debug symbols. You'll find the instructions on this page:

Very strange
now not error..but festival is mute!
