Anyway, this is wrong -- in unlocked mode true, you can do whatever you want with plasmoids, but in locked mode (word: "locked") the position, size, etc. all those elements should be fixed. Otherwise the desktop would become too interactive and with every click user should be very careful not to break something. Bug/wish?

as finex notes, this is exactly what happens. widgets themselves can still resize, but the user can not cause this to happen.
Finex, ad.2 -- when did it go to trunk? I use KDE4Daily so if it is not extremely new I can move comic plasmoid without any problem (in locked mode). So it is a bug then but I don't know if it is plasma bug or comic plasmoid bug.
It is a bug of the comic strip. It is possible to move it.
