I move an application (Konqueror) from the Favourites Kickoff panel to the desktop (outside of the Desktop Folder View widget).

A Konqueror entry is created in the Desktop Folder View widget is created, and a separate Konqueror Plasma launcher is created on the location where I dropped the application. I think it should not show duplicate launchers.

The Plasma lancher outside of the Desktop Folder View widget  is showing the "broken" icon with a question mark instead of the Konqueror icon.

Both launchers work. When removing the broken icon, the launcher in the desktop folder view is not deleted.

this predates the removal of the desktop icons.
