The "Report Bug..." help menu item popup window does not presently offer an up to date list of standard applications. Most notably, to report plasma bugs, for example, one must subsequently correct the application within the bug report wizard. I believe that this is a bug and not a wishlist item, as we want to make it easy for users to report bugs, especially for beta testing purposes.
