Description Robert Knight 2008-06-05 20:06:40 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

The "Add Bookmark" action creates a new bookmark using the page number as the default name. I think it would be useful if Okular could try to 'guess' a better name for the bookmark, either by looking at the document's contents table (if available) or by looking at text on the page (again, if available).

Totally agree, the page number is especially useless as a name since the bookmarks-sidebar shows that anyway..

The page _label_ is a good candidate IMO.
