I tried to use Dolphin as my main file manager, trying to do with 158388 and 154028 bugs (I know you're working on them), but it was impossible.

After a few minutes, Dolphin becomes extremely slow and my CPU is used at 100% constantly. Every click on the Dolphins window take almost 30 seconds to do something. I don't know if it's because I usually work in great folders (more than 100 files), but I think it could help to notice that. Also, there was a great number of kio_thumbnails launched, using a great amount of CPU.
I tried to disable the thumbnails, but they remained opened.
