I have just wanted to file a bug report with konqueror, but it did not display the input field where to type the summary in. It was in the source code like this:

<strong>Example:</strong> large images in HTML pages are cut off

Usually, field in forms are displayed without any borders which makes them hard to find anyway but this one was not there.
