I travel with my ASUS eeePC
and use Photo Manager to organise my images.
I add comments -
but when I import the images to Photoshop Lightroom 
I can no longer view the comment !
I wish that the EXIF comment in jpeg images (edited in Gwenview / Photo Manager on my ASUS EEE PC) could be read by Adoobe Photoshop Lightroom and seen in the Title field.

Gwenview 1.4 does not edit EXIF comments, but JPEG comments (A JPEG file does not always have an EXIF block, but it can always carry a JPEG comment). You may want to check whether Lightroom has a way to import the JPEG comment rather than the EXIF one.

Gwenview 1.4.x is no longer maintained, so I have to close this bug as a wontfix, sorry.

BTW, you can try using kipi-plugins e.g. the metadata edit one to edit exif comment
IIRC it should work.
