Version: unknown (using 4.00.80 (KDE 4.0.80 >= (KDE 4.1 Beta1), Kubuntu packages) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.24-17-generic While setting up KDE4 first time I try putting the panel from bottom to left side of desktop. It works but e.g. the clock isnt adapted to the new alignment. Same with other icons/widgets.
How should they be adapted? Can you read text sideways? Please post a screenshot showing the problem
if i understood correctly you want the order of applets swapped in the panel? the alignment is not meant to do that, but indicates more the direction where the panel grows when applets are added (or grows also in other cases planned for 4.2)
this works flawlessly here; and i do it a lot in testing. this report is pretty old at this point, and probably reflected problems in .80 (we're up to .84 now)
