Description Michal Kucera 2008-05-29 22:07:37 UTC
Version: 0.50.1 (using 4.0.4 (KDE 4.0.4), 4.0.4-4.fc9 Fedora)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.3-18.fc9.i686

When somebody from ICQ contact send me file via ICQ and I have open chat window, after downloading to my machine kopete crashed. File is downloaded ok. If I don't have open chat window during downloading file, kopete is ok, doesn't crash. I added some output from console.

Please send us the backtrace from KDE Crash Dialog, thanks.
Comment 3 Michal Kucera 2008-05-30 17:52:46 UTC
I wanted to send it but I'm not able to do this. I get dialog with this error: It is not possible to generate backtrace, because debugger 'gdb' wasn't found.
Comment 4 Matt Rogers 2008-07-07 05:37:27 UTC
please install gdb, reproduce the crash, and paste the backtrace into a comment. We need that information in order to fix the bug, as we cannot reproduce it.
Comment 5 A. Spehr 2008-10-19 01:17:25 UTC
Matt can't reproduce, and no response, closing. (It works for me under aim, but I'm not sure how different that is. .60.80 anyway.)

If you ask on a Fedora help forum how to install gdb, and can get a backtrace, please reopen this bug! Thanks!
