Description Ferdinand Gassauer 2008-05-29 17:02:58 UTC
Version:           1.9.51 (using 4.00.80 (KDE 4.0.80 >= (KDE 4.1 Beta1) "release 4.1", compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.22.17-0.1-default

I configured a smtp transport but get the message

"Transport 'mydomain.at' is invalid"

the name 'mydomain.at' does not show up in kmailrc nor in mailtransports
looks like that kmail deduces the transport name form the senders email address

Can you prove a screenshot please?
Comment 2 Ferdinand Gassauer 2008-06-03 00:26:52 UTC
sorry currently not possible due to a kmail 3.5.9 and 4.1 conflict in the opensuse 10.3 packages. I had to uninstall kmail 4.1.
see https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=395694

will try the next version, but it might have been due to the conflict.

another kmail installation without this conflict works
