In 4.1 beta 1, forms on bugs.kde.org, combobox lists exhibit redraw problems 
(moving the selection with mouse to read items (which are black on black, see 
Bug#162806)).

I have:
.kde4/share/config/kdeglobals:widgetStyle=oxygen

Could be a style bug as well, although I figure the form code is somewhat 
specific. The problem does not appear in normal widgets elsewhere (eg. 
systemsettings).

problem is valid per se (it's #155573), but you only see it in those circumstances because of #157850.
