The Usenet and Feeds components in Kontacts' KSettings::Dialog appear closed initially but the tree decorations for open are used.  I have checked with different widget styles to exclude Oxygen being at fault.  After opening and closing them again they have the correct state.

Probably related: when first opened, the items belonging to Feeds (at the bottom of the group list) are drawn below the Calendar group.  So the decoration state is correct, but the items are in the wrong place.

Can you still reproduce this bug with a recent KDE version? (4.1.3 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2svn) ?  Thanks :)

The dialog opens with all the groups open now; while I can't confirm that the decorations would be painted correctly if the groups were closed, I can't reproduce the bug now.
