Description Davitt 2008-05-14 14:04:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

When I change the color scheme from the configuration utlity and apply it, all applications are closed and I'm kicked to the login screen with no warning. I'd like to have the user warned that new settings will be applied only after logging in again, and leaving the re-login obligation to him, postponing the changes.

Probably you're kicked out by some crash/bug.
This shouldn't be.
Comment 2 Thomas Georgiou 2008-07-05 07:37:44 UTC
1) not a plasma bug
2) this was likely a crash (X most likely)
if you can cause the bug again with a newer version of kde, please reopen
