Description Jostein Hauge 2008-05-07 15:55:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.9)
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs
OS: Linux

I import photos with the SD card reader. I don't delete them from the card. Next time, I import the photos using an USB cable from the camera. Then digikam won't understand that the already imported photos are the same as the ones on the camera, and then import duplicates.

With digiKam 0.10.0 for KDE4, already downloaded files handling is managed by database. It's completly different.

Can you test and report with this version

Thanks in advance

I have unfortunately not a SD card reader anymore. My old laptop went into the grave :/

I guess we can assume it's working now, until someone report a new bug??

Ok. I close it now. Don't hesitate to re-open if necessary...
