Description Jens Herrmann 2008-05-07 13:23:56 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.9)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When I click an icon it gets an orange dottet border. When I drag it over the desktop the border leaves a trace on the desktop. How this looks like you can see here: http://www.bikelab.org/sonstiges/icon-drag.png . The behaviour depends somewhat on the very icon you use. With the gimp-icon I used for the screenshot the trace only appears when I drag from left to the right. In case of a standard icon for a pdf document it appears only when dragged from right to the left.

Kdesktop is no more mantained. Fortunatly this bug seems not to be valid for
KDE 4. Please reopen if this bug is not a kdesktop one (and it is not solved)
or it can be reproduced on KDE 4.

Thanks.
