Description Diederik van der Boor 2008-05-06 10:06:38 UTC
Version: 1.9.9 (using 3.5.9 "release 53.4" , openSUSE )
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.17-0.1-default

When dragging a local folder to an IMAP account, it's possible to drop the folder in a sub folder (e.g. inbox, trash, etc..) but it can't be moved to the top level (root) of the account.

This is possible though when moving the folder from the right-click menu. Only when dragging the folder it's not possible to forcefully skips the root node of the account (the server line).

Confirmed on konqueror 3.5.9.

Cannot test on konqueror 4 (trunk) because IMAP authentication doesn't works ;-(

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
