Version:           3.0 (using 4.0.3 (KDE 4.0.3), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-17-generic

I can not enter in KDE.After entering my password during login i have a nice black screen.

Please provide more details (backtrace from the crash).

Additionally try to login using a clear user account.
Moreover I'm not sure this is a "kwin" problem.

Without a backtrace or more information, we cannot debug this issue. Please reopen the bug report if you can provide either of these.
