As described at http://idippedut.dk/post/2008/04/Formulas-in-ODF-supporting-applications.aspx, KSpread does not accept the optional third parameter ("mode") in the CEILING function. I'm sure this is just a not-yet-implemented feature, so I won't bore you with the details unless you ask me to :)
