Version:           1.9.50 (using 4.00.71 (KDE 4.0.71 (Alpha1), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-ARCH

For example field
  To: =?koi8-r?B?4c7E0sXKIOLFzMnDy8nK?= <Belitsky.A@gmail.com>
should looks as 'Андрей Белицкий <Belitsky.A@gmail.com>' but now it looks like this - 'Ðндрей Белицкий'<Belitsky.A@gmail.com>. Same with 'From' field.

After updating problem have been resolved.
