Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

... so user using well known widget could navigate tabs very fast -- for example in Konq, Konsole, Kdevelop. Scrollbar should preserve orientation of tabs, it should be at the outside of the tabs (if tabs are at top, scrollbar should be above), it should contain arrow widgets.
