Description Marcus Better 2008-04-08 16:20:02 UTC
Version:           2.0.80 (using 4.00.67 (KDE 4.0.67 >= 20080325), Debian packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.25-rc8-lg

When I start a download in Konqueror and confirm the file name in the Save As dialog (within my home directory /home/marcus), kget shows an error dialog with "Directory is not writable". Pressing OK, I get a "Select Folder" dialog with my home directory /home/marcus selected in the directory tree. When I pressing OK it starts downloading correctly to /home/marcus.

My home directory is certainly writable. In the kget settings I have set /home/marcus as download directory. However I noticed that it was initially set to just /home, but the error persists even after changing it.
