Most plasmoids have the same 3-button (OK, Apply, Cancel) settings dialog. Apply is enabled even when there are no changed settingts to save. This is inconsistent with most applications where it is disabled if nothing is changed.

there's not much i can do about this right now due to limitation in KConfigDialog.

the Apply button has been removed for 4.1 until kdelibs is fixed.
