Description Jens Hartwig 2008-04-03 19:54:50 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.3)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

After the update to 4.0.3 there are no desktop icons any more. Even they are some (the same as always) in the "Desktop-Folder" in /home/<username>. Opening the Start-menu and klicking on add to desktop shows no effect...

The crazy thing is, that they appear after klicking on "show desktop", but with the KDE 4 standard wallpaper. Klicking on "hide dashboard" lets them disappear again.

Have you "Show desktop icon" in configure panel activated or not? Which version of Suse?
Comment 2 Jens Hartwig 2008-04-08 21:28:49 UTC
Yes, it is activated. I already tried this function. I use 10.3...
