Yes, I see everything at 90% here on Dolphin. It isn't like your screenshot though but I believe it may be because I'm using Windows Server 2008 with different graphics. It's constantly stuck at 90 whether it is loading or not.
Confirming.
Confirming for Kde on Windows 4.1.1
Can you still reproduce this bug with a recent KDE version? (4.1.3 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2svn) ? Thanks :)
(In reply to comment #5) Yes, the progress bar shows roughly 90% loaded even though it is done. I have run this on Windows XP and installed KDE4.1.3 from the KDE Installer. I'll provide a new screen shot in a moment.

That isn't a "loading progressbar". It's a "capacity bar" showing the usage of the partition you are browsing. (10.7Gb free in that screenshot). Try to browse a different disk or media to see the difference in the "capacity bar"
Ok, it appears to not be constantly moving anymore. It also appears to change when looking at a new drive. I guess this would be fixed. Can anyone else confirm? The original report was done using Windows2000, as I no longer have that machine I can't verify it works in Win2k.
I just checked this using KDE 4.2.4 on a Windows Server 2003 VM and everything looked fine here. I'm closing this report. If anybody can still reproduce that with Win2k, please feel free to reopen.
