I usually keep my panel on the top of the screen but in latest trunk version of KDE4 the panel does not have a theme and is just a black bar. This happens on any of the sides I put it besides the bottom one.

no, it's a sideeffect of the panel-background.svg not having borders everywhere.

it was marked oxygen because it was an artwork problem. but yes, it is now fixed. happy days are here again.
