Version:           sconosciuto (using 3.5.9, Debian Package 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-2 (lenny/sid))
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.23-1-686

Just follow these steps:

1) open the composer and write something
2) change the text color to switch to html mode
3) right-click on the toolbar and select "configure toolbar"
4) add a new button to the toolbar

the html format is lost and the mail returns to plain text.

Confirmed on 3.5.8. Cannot reproduce (fortunatly) on 4.0.2.

Well, for me it crashes when I try to do that...

Works fine for me with KDE 4.1
