If you move cursor to plasmoid it shows frame with buttons. And if you fast move cursor on another plasmoid they both will displays frame around them.

this is due to hover event changes in qt 4.4. and will be fixed when we move the handles to being "window decos"

Do you still get this with the latest beta, or with trunk?

I think I saw a commit recently that purported to fix handle/hover issues.
