if i have a card without any first and second name which is the case for a firm
kdeprintfax does not include the fax in its fax list
you must put a pseudo name in the "name" field. in fact i repeat the name of
the firm.
with this condition kdeprintfax include it when reading to kaddressbook

How reproducible:
create in kaddressbook a firm card without first and second name
then
in kdeprintfax
access to kaddressbook with the button to select a fax number

Steps to Reproduce:
1.in kdeprintfax access to kaddressbook with the button to select a fax number

2.search the name of the firm; you won't find it
