Description gerd 2008-03-05 12:23:00 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

If I reopen a kde4 session, the formerly running applications (i.e. firefox, thunderbird) are restored and appear in the taskpanel - so far correct.
However, if I click on them in order to maximize them, they stay "small" and remain in the panel.

After right click on the program item in the panel, you find in the context menue that both options "maximized" _and_ "minimized" are checked at the same time. I can only show the program windows when selecting "Fensterheber" (I donno the english therm, it is just the last item before "close") and clicking on the appearing window title bar afterwards.

After reinstalling Kubuntu "from scratch" and update to KDE 4.0.2. this problem vanished.
