when my taskbar is in a vertical panel, it... doesn't look pretty. I think it would be improved a lot by placing the text *below* the icon instead of beside it when formFactor()==Plasma::Vertical. bigger shiny icons, more horizontal-room for text.

I don't consider this a duplicate; this is a specific request, not just an "X looks ugly" report.

This wish would be fulfilled by my fancy layouts patch, have you looked at the screenshots there?  If you're a vertical panel user I could do with your feedback.
