Compiler:          GCC 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2 p1.0.2)
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.23-gentoo-r8

Both Pidgin and aMSN connect to the same account, on the same computer, using the same configuration.

Please post debug output from your Kopete session.
Comment 2 Pablo Barros 2008-03-03 13:30:54 UTC
Right now it connects, stays on for about a minute, then exits with:
CLIENT: Task: Task::done()
CLIENT: Task: emitting finished
kopete (msn): WARNING: [void MSNSocket::slotSocketError(int)] Error: 17 (remote host closed connection)
on the host console. It was working perfectly until Friday.
Comment 3 Rui G. 2008-07-08 01:00:47 UTC
Can't reproduce it in kopete 0.50.80 . Does it still happen?
Comment 4 Matt Rogers 2008-07-10 05:30:26 UTC
Working for KDE 4.1 Please reopen if you have problems with a KDE 4.x version
of Kopete.
