Version: 3.5.7 (using KDE 3.5.8) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages Some mornings I have 5 or 6 alerts that I'd like to delay for a set period of time. As it now stands, I must change the delay time on each one individually. It would be nice if there were a "delay all" option.
In korganizer (KDE4, trunk r865573) you can select all of the events (using Ctrl+A) and "suspend" them. I realize you rather want a "Suspend all" button, right? (I guess this is actually not a bug but a wish.)
I will have to look at Kontact in KDE 4.x to see it's behaviour, as I am only familiar with KDE 3.x which pops up separate dialog boxes for each event. I am not familiar with the "suspend" feature (it is not present in KDE 3.x) however if it allows one to set a suspension time and apply it to all events, then that is what I am looking for.
Dotan, So, are you happy using the Suspend feature now in KDE4?
Actually, I have not seen any alerts at all since moving to KDE 4 permanently, and I cannot find where to enable them! I checked in both my native language and in English, I cannot find it! Where does one enable alerts, so that I can use them and triage this bug? Thanks!
This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present? If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of korganizer (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
