I was submitting a bug for Kdiff3, and in GUI popup i was asked to submit some info. I noticed that my email wasn't included in info (it hadnt inputed it via system settings). But in that dialog there was a button labbeled 'change email' that brought up "About Me" section in System Settings, and that section brought up bu that dialog had no save button (so I couldnt save anything).

This systemsettings-kde3 from kubuntu has been unmaintained for many years.
