After inserting in ./.kd4/Autostart firfoxqs and kpowersave launchers the panel doesn't appear at a second log in.
The problem can be resolbved only by deleting the folder /.kde4 in Home folder and logging in again.

Which distribution? I use Suse and have only firefox and no firefoxqs. I can add them and they start while launching plasma without a problem.

I can confirm this: sometimes Plasma panels crash without apparent reason and on the next login they are gone. I restore them deleting plasma-appletsrc (in .kde) and relog.

Is this relevant for this bug (form dmesg):
