Description andrew 2008-02-22 07:01:24 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

When I resise the task bar in kde4.0.1 the kmenu icon goes off the screen, as well as the clock... so I have to set it to "normal" size again. to make it of any use. Also, I cannot change the color of the taskbar..

The bug about the panel size is not reproducible in newest version of KDE.
About the color of the taskbar, maybe you are talking about the whole panel right? You should open a wish.

Thanks for your time!

Hm, well I have latest KDE4 according to Yast, last update was over 24 hours ago.
as for color of taskbar, yes thats what i want, color of whole panel, that was all in KDE3. and so was transparency.

FYI, the reason you can't change the colour is that the panel uses svg themes. if you want a different colour, get a different theme - although I think there is a theme where the colours are configurable now :)
